About Austin Anxiety & Trauma Specialists
Meet Our SpecialistsAshley Hug
I am a licensed LPC therapist and have been practicing in Austin for 5 years. I earned my Masters in Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. I have experience working with adult and adolescent clients in an outpatient substance use program, community mental health, and in private practice.
I approach therapy with compassion, kindness, and a little humor. The modalities I use for therapy are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based therapy. I believe that we can work to overcome your barriers to find a way back to yourself and the people you love.
